Howard Ball has a real estate career that spans over 31 years. A graduate of the University of Texas he began his career with Trammell Crow Company and has been the driving force behind development, leasing, and property and asset management as a partner / manager of numerous multi-faceted real estate organizations involved in the acquisition, development and management of income producing real estate throughout the Southeast, including retail, office, and mixed-use land developments totaling in excess of $750 million.
In 2006 as the partner of Easlan Capital of Atlanta Mr. Ball directed all aspects of the organizations retail development, leasing and property management culminating with the development of the $220million St. Regis Hotel and Residences one of Atlanta’s most prestigious developments to date in the city.
In 2010 Mr. Ball founded and has been the Managing Partner of Altus Commercial Real Estate, a multi-faceted real estate organization specializing in the acquisition, development and re-development of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on retail shopping centers. Through Mr. Ball’s leadership Altus, has proven track record of success, thus earning a strong reputation and following of satisfied investors and joint venture partners. Since 2010 Altus has acquired and repositioned assets throughout the United States that today are worth in excess of $300 million.
Andrew D. Fotos
Managing Director – Acquisitions and Property Management
Andrew Fotos has over 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate and corporate finance industry.
Prior to Altus he was an officer of a multi-faceted real estate organization involved in the acquisition, development and management of institutional quality income-producing properties totaling in excess of $250 million in value. He also has served as a Director at National Investment & Mortgage Banking firm, where he managed the financing and resolution of a portfolio of over $750 million in debt.
Mr. Fotos earned a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Syracuse University.
Director – Property Manager
Prior to joing Altus Ashley Ball worked as an associate editor for a commercial real estate trade publication. She has also gained experience in the legal field working for a local personal injury attorney.
Ms. Ball earned a A.B. cum laude in History and A.B. cum laude in Journalism from the University of Georgia, and the degree of Juris Doctor from the School of Law at the University of Georgia, during her time at the School of Law Ms. Ball was an editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law.

Senior Admin. Asst./Property MgmtToni has an extensive background in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Mrs. Traynor began her career as an executive administrative assistant for Regency Centers in Jacksonville, FL. During her employment, she was promoted to a property administrator position and relocated to South Florida to assist with the merging of their two satellite offices. In 1998, Mrs. Traynor moved to Atlanta and began working for JDN Realty as a lease administrator. She was quickly promoted to a senior leasing agent position where she was responsible for leasing 19 retail shopping centers, covering five states, throughout the southeast.
Mrs. Traynor is responsible for all office functions.
