The 135,000 sq. ft. Forum Shopping Center, Located in Louisville, KY, was purchased in 2012. At the time of purchase, the shopping center was 33% occupied. Shop space included a vacant anchor box (35,000 square feet), Jos. A Bank and Talbots. Local tenants occupied some of the remaining spaces.

Altus was engaged by the Owners to lease and manage the asset.

Within 14 months, the Altus team produced the following:
